{You/your} The buyer1 —These are not requests; they aren't free.2 — Please know what you want before you dm/commission me regardless if it's a custom or not!3 — Don't request one when they are closed; just ask to be put on the waiting list!4 — Please understand that if you attempt to commission me for any of the blacklisted requests, you will be blacklisted immediately.5 — All changes MUST be requested before I send the final product. I will not change/add anything once I've finished. No more than 2 changes can be requested after the initial sketch is approved. Anymore after that will be extra.6 — Do not get mad because I prioritize some commissions over others. I do prioritize commissions that will take longer over ones that will be quicker to finish.7 — If you are rude, I will immediately cancel your commission!8 — If I have not worked with you before, payment is full upfront. If we have worked together before at least twice then it can be upfront or after the sketch.9 — I am medically inclined so pieces can have a sudden increase in estimated TATs if I'm in the hospital or having a medical crisis. I do ask that you are understanding of that.10 — Please provide all necessary information when/if asked so that I may have the best understanding of what you'd like.11 — You MUST credit me for any and all pieces of art you receive from me, this is non-negotiable.12 — You ofc can reference or use my art for ideas but DO NOT heavily reference or steal my art. This will result in a blacklist.13 — Please do not nag me about your commission. I will provide frequent as possible updates when and if I can. Understand that I only work on commissions on the weekends as my weekdays tend to be relatively busy.14 - I do reserve the right to refuse any commissions.15 - If you don't respond to me/my checkups, I reserve the rights to cancel a commission without refund if I have already begun.16 - Please understand that, as I am medically inclined, my TAT can range from 3-4 months or more if something occurs. Compensation will be offered unless the commission is discounted, in which case compensation will not be offered.ADOPTS1 — Do not sell my characters or designs for more than what you bought them for unless they have added art.2 — Unless you are on my WHITELIST, you must have a TH for transfers.3 — Do not delete anything you get from me off of TH.4 - Do not price the character for more than what you paid. I'll report you for scamming and blacklist you if you do otherwise.5 - I will not send my half of a purchase until the buyer has paid theirs. I've been scammed way too many times by this. If you don't trust me, that's totally fine, you are more than welcome to not buy from me. 🙏🏾 After you've paid fully (be it with art, ac, USD, etc), I will send whatever it is you have bought to you.Do not send the payment unless I tell you I will do your commission!
